ANGER BUILT THIS PLACE.
Bad sandwiches. Forgettable coffee. Bread that was almost right.
We'd had enough.
So we spent almost a year perfecting our own sourdough until “almost” finally became “this is it.” It's soft, fluffy, made in-house and comes eggless too.
We built our own micro-roastery because we're equally annoying about coffee. The result? Beans roasted by us, the classics done properly, and a few specialties like Taro and Vietnamese Egg Coffee that might sound strange until you take the first sip.
We're particular. We're obsessive. Occasionally, we're angry.
But that's kind of the point.
Nobody's nice when they're hungry.
